**What you will do**
- Understand key competitive landscape
- Understand our Medical Education and business strategy
- Support development of educational content utilizing HCP input
- Support Medical Education Program development
- Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education/Product/Marketing/Sales training
- Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery
- Organize in-class and virtual courses
- Identify what we want to measure/track and most appropriate method
- Provide input to future plans
- Understand KOLs profile and starts networking
- Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams
- Gain expertise in Medical Education programs and adapt programs with customer’s needs
- Understand the different communication channel strategies
- Partnership with Marketing Communications to develop communication plans

**What you will need**
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or Healthcare areas
- Previous experience with Medical Education
- English & Spanish required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of virtual tools for facilitating events
- Project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
