About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position combines marketing and social media skills to create, implement, and optimize marketing and content strategies. It involves promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, as well as expanding opportunities for registration and admissions conversation. The Marketing Specialist, reports to the São Paulo Director of Marketing, Content and Events and supports the team at the São Paulo campus. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with the São Paulo Director of Marketing, Content and Events to create marketing campaigns, including content creation (photos, videos, copy), and implementation schedules and strategies

Monitors, collects and analyzes data to create monthly reports including recommendations and opportunities to improve future campaign strategies.

Ensures Avenues core branding philosophies are consistently messaged across marketing and social media channels.

Researches and monitors activity of company competitors and public opinion.

Creates and distributes engaging written and/or graphic content in the form of website updates, blog articles, email marketing, social media posts/messages, etc for multiple audiences.

Supports video and photo production in shooting and editing for numerous projects.

Works with external PR and marketing agencies to ensure alignment of our messaging, strategy, and goals.

Works side by side with the admissions team to monitor KPIs and data (inquiries, applications, enrollment, event attendance) to strategically plan and create marketing content and campaigns.

About You

Excellent proficiency in both Portuguese and English

2-4 Years of Marketing and Social Media Experience

Knowledge in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere
*Fluency in all programs is not a requirement but must have a basic understanding and willingness to learn and utilize.

Degree in Communications, Marketing or Public relations

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Knowledge in Hubspot and Salesforce*.
*Fluency in both softwares is not a requirement but must have a basic understanding and willingness to learn and utilize.

Experience with Google Ads/Analytics, Meta, CRM and SEO is desirable.

Extreme attention to detail and organization with proven project management skills, from ideation to completion in a fast-growing, quick-moving environment and ability to prioritize

Desire to work as part of a highly collaborative and can-do team, hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges

A results-oriented, collaborative approach to project management

Experience with education is a plus
