The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Realizar levantamentos de inventário e conciliações;
- Identificar e resolver divergências no estoque;
- Elaborar relatórios de inventário e análises de padrões;
- Colaborar com outras equipes para garantir a precisão do inventário;
- Controle de Backlog;

**Requirements**:

- Experiência com inventários ou controle de estoque;
- Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e Google Sheets;
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, logística ou áreas correlatas;
