**Key Account Manager - Didactic**:

- Gerenciar uma carteira de clientes estratégicos educacionais, fundamentais para os negócios e a estratégia da empresa, fornecendo atendimento personalizado, acompanhando todo o fluxo comercial, contexto político, tendências do setor educacional e necessidades de formação profissional, fornecendo constantes soluções para otimizar e aumentar o Market Share, da Festo Didactic com ações assertivas para fidelizar o cliente de grande potencial._

Analisar a carteira de clientes estratégicos educacionais atuais e selecionar os clientes especiais em potencial de crescimento.

Analisar tendências do segmento educacional público e privado;

Condução e preparação para participação em processos de licitação;

Criar sistemas, processos e procedimentos internos para acompanhar e ser proativo com as necessidades dos clientes e seus pontos de melhoria;

Formar e manter uma equipe multiprofissional com foco no potencial e nas possíveis soluções para estes clientes;

Realizar constantes Workshops para promover a interface com estes clientes avaliando melhorias contínuas de processos, produtos e apresentando novas soluções do portfólio educacional da Festo Didactic.

Aumentar o volume e o valor de vendas com estes clientes especiais, desenvolvendo credibilidade e sustentabilidade.

**Formação**: Superior em Engenharia, Administração de empresas, Economia ou áreas afins
