**Customer Support I (Remoto)**

**Suas principais responsabilidades serão**:

- ** Report de feedbacks do produto**: Coletar feedbacks sobre o produto Ramper Prospect, por meio de solicitações diretas do cliente e/ou análise dos chamados abertos, visando o report dos mesmos ao time de produto.
