**What You’ll Do**
As a Support Assistant, will serve customers of different levels, support technical issues related to products, processes and project guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support team (end to end process).
- Drive agents to Best Performance.
- Attend e replicate mandatory training sections.
- Work according to SLA and Google guidelines.
**Preferred experience**:
- Experience in customer support.
- Clear communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to meet quality guidelines.
- Intermediate English.
