Accounting Assistant

In line with the growth of MSC Brasil, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant. The Accounting Assistant will support the Accounting team in all activities related with accounting and tax processes, mainly entries, analysis of documents, and support the Accounting Leader to certify the accuracy of the information of the company.
- Graduated or studying: Accounting or equivalent;
- More than 1 year of proven accounting or tax experience;
- Excellent knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office software, mainly in Excel;
- Knowledge in English;
- Knowledge and experience in RM TOTVS will be considered a plus;
- Creative problem solving and decision-making skills;
- Analytical mindset and focused on details;
- Good ability to analyze and communicate results both in writing and verbally;
- Issuance of invoices to customers;
- Launching and tax bookkeeping;
- Realize the execution and control of spreadsheets and accounting reports;
- Classify expenses, register documents and classify accounting accounts;
- Prepare documents and carry out the account classification;
- Review bank transactions, solve pending issues, organize documentation related to the company's accounting;
- Support in the preparation of balance sheets and statements;
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, accounts payable, taxes, expenses, fixed assets and other accounting accounts;
- Generate accounting entries, assist in calculating taxes, reconciling accounts and filling in payment forms and requests, with government agencies, issuing invoices, validation of service invoices issued to MSC Cruzeiros do Brasil;
- Support in accounting analysis to the team, when necessary;
