The role:
Get ready to be a certified professional During the learning Journey SoftwareONE will provided certified trainings from Microsoft, AWS, Google and others in our learning tracks.

SoftwareONE will ensure you get a comprehensive set of experiences so you can make an informed career choice to specialize in IT Operations and start to take advantage of SoftwareONE’s generous professional training program.
- After the 3 months of training, SoftwareONE will offer operational challenges to meet professional growth & development.
- Our skilled colleagues will mentor you ensuring you’re able to deliver value to our customers quickly and efficiently. Your curiosity and thirst for knowledge will drive you to deliver excellence.
- You will take Customer Incidents and Request as well as tool driven Events through a well documented process to fix and handle the escalation to Level 1 engineers where required. Your ability to think outside the box will enable you to grow and provide ever more value to our customers.
- We offer a variety of training and development and English & Spanish programs opportunities

What we need to see from you:

- Graduate degree in an engineering or computer science related discipline
- Understanding of Windows, Linux and Operational systems, as well as infrastructure general aspects.
- Active listener and good communications skills
- Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
- Willing to work in shifts, some night shifts will be required
- Excellent timekeeping
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Methodical approach to troubleshooting
- A proven desire to learn new skills and a passion for technology

**Languages**
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish (mandatory)

**Desirable Knowledge**:

- Understanding of core IT Infrastructure, including TCP Networking, DNS, Storage and Virtualization
- Ability to create basic scripts in at least one of the following
- Python
- BASH
- Powershell
- Qualifications:

- ITIL Foundation Level certified
- Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Cloud or AWS certification
