Honestly, the role is limitless.

There isn't a “one size fits all” gig as the role is wonderfully varied based on ever-changing daily needs. As an Executive Business Partner, you will work closely with our CEO or other members of our senior leadership teams, as well as our organization's internal and external stakeholders, to implement the company’s vision through strategy executive support, project management, change management, and communication management.'

**Day-to-Day Requirements**:

- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Provide administrative support to operations staff.
- Update and maintain operation procedures and documentation.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the operations team.
- Compile and process operation-related reports and forms.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with inter-departmental protocols.
- Assist in the management of operational budgets and expenses.
- Support the management with operational issues and the implementation of new directives for service enhancement.
- Research and develop plans for personal and professional growth.
- Surprise and delight leadership by demonstrating initiative.
- Build rapport with our existing business network and team and help to manage these important relationships.
- Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media.

**Requirements**:
**What do I need to be a successful XP?**:

- Whilst we invest in your training and development, you’ll need to provide your own devices.
- Upon successful completion of your training, you will be eligible for Cache Rewards
- A suitable work-from-home space in Latin America
- Internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) Mon-Fri 10 am EST to 6 pm EST (give or take)
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps
- Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work, however not essential
- A charismatic ‘can do’ attitude"

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Proven experience as an operations assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent office software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
- Basic understanding of business management and operations.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Has experience working on US time zone shifts.
