The position
By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:
Report to the Leader of** **competence management area and deliver on the points below (not limited to):
- Build internal pipeline for operations capabilities;
- Lead and coordinate Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) and Offshore First Line Leaders (FLL) development programs;
- Development of Digital and other current/future competence needs aiming to always safe, high value and low carbon operations;
- Identify technical competence needs and propose development/learning solutions to close gaps;
- Define and maintain course catalogue for Equinor Brasil operations in close collaboration with internal provider (Equinor University);
- Design an offshore trainee program.
