UserGuiding is a SaaS product that helps web applications show their value propositions by enabling them to improve their ease of use. Interactive product tours, which can be created without coding, help product managers, marketers, and UX designers to make changes to the interfaces of their platforms. Personalized guides, built-in minutes, decrease the customer support workload by accelerating the onboarding process.

Role Objective

The main goal of this role is to increase our pipeline and generate demand in Brazil by building strong relationships with associations, influencers, and communities.

The person in this position will work closely with the marketing team, reporting weekly on partnerships, events, and lead generation metrics.

Main Responsibilities

1. Partnerships & Outreach

- Identify and build relationships with associations, communities (e.g., ABStartups), and influencers.
- Organize partnership calls and follow up with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a list of relevant industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners in the ecosystem.
- Attend or represent the company at local events, meetups, and workshops.
- Host or co-host online / offline events and product demos.

2. Community & Customer Relations

- Lead and grow our community presence in Brazil.
- Build strong relationships with customers and webinar attendees.
- Engage with users and prospects on LinkedIn; send connection requests, interact with posts, and identify advocates.
- Understand customer needs and collect insights to improve local strategy and messaging for different purposes, such as ad copies.
- Help with local content creation (reports, articles, or interviews in PT-BR).

3. Brand Awareness

- Explore PR opportunities to feature the company in relevant Brazilian magazines, online blogs, podcasts, social media influencers, and panels.
- Coordinate or organize small gatherings, dinners, or networking events for target audiences.
- Represent the company in local communities and industry discussions.

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (prospecting & outreach)
- HubSpot CRM (lead tracking, pipeline management, email sequences)
- Apollo.io and similars (contact enrichment)
- Google Sheets (for organizing lists of events, influencers, and associations)
- Zoom / Meet / Loom (for calls and demos)

Marketing & Community Tools

- Contrast (organizing events)
- Canva
- Slack / WhatsApp / Discord (for community or internal comms)

Skillset Needed

- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Excellent written and spoken Portuguese (and English for coordination)
- Public speaking or hosting confidence (for webinars/podcasts)
- Strategic thinking and curiosity about the software ecosystem in Brazil
- Strong project management.
- Native Spanish speaking is more than welcome. :)
