We're now hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment process — from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Your mission will be to help us build an amazing team by hiring talented engineers, marketers, growth experts, and operators who share our passion for innovation and impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and growth roles (backend, frontend, marketing, operations, etc.)
- Keep our Notion-based recruitment system organized and updated with candidate data and pipelines
- Design smart sourcing strategies — find great talent where others don't look
- Write creative outreach messages that attract high-performing candidates
- Lead interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams
- Handle offer negotiations, contracts, and salary structures
- Build systems and processes that make recruiting faster, smarter, and more human
- Work independently — you'll have freedom to make decisions and test ideas
You'll Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have 4–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably in startups or fast-growing companies)
- Think logically and creatively — you build solutions, not just follow templates
- Have experience managing recruitment databases (Notion or similar tools)
- Are proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Communicate clearly and enjoy connecting with people
- Understand how to create fair and motivating offers
