Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Work Type: Full-time / Contract (as applicable)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates across multiple IT positions.

Responsibilities:

- Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment data and reports

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Experience recruiting in the Brazilian market
- Good communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcing

Preferred:

- Experience hiring for global or remote roles
- Immediate availability
