Sobre o cargo

Como Account Assistant – Social Creators (Júnior), você será responsável por dar suporte ao time na operação do dia a dia com criadores de conteúdo.

O foco da vaga é organização, acompanhamento das entregas e apoio na comunicação com criadores e clientes.

É uma vaga para quem está começando no mercado, gosta do universo de conteúdo e quer aprender rápido sobre influência, redes sociais e rotinas de campanhas.

Responsabilidades principais

- Dar apoio nas primeiras conversas com criadores (envio de informações, coleta de valores e detalhes básicos);
- Acompanhar criadores após a contratação (repassar briefings, tirar dúvidas simples, organizar prazos e entregas);
- Garantir atualização das informações em planilhas e sistemas internos;
- Ajudar no controle de entregas (roteiros, vídeos, posts, stories, prazos e refações);
- Fazer checklists, atualizar status e apoiar no envio de materiais para aprovadores;
- Auxiliar na organização de reuniões, pautas e acompanhamentos;
- Pesquisar tendências de redes sociais e referências simples para apoiar os projetos;
- Ajudar no mapeamento inicial de criadores, buscando perfis alinhados ao briefing.

Qualidades esperadas

- Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com pessoas;
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes (vai lidar com prazos e muitas informações);
- Vontade de aprender e crescer no universo de criadores;
- Perfil proativo, colaborativo e com boa gestão de prioridades;
- Fluência em espanhol (obrigatório).
