We are looking for a remote Technical Recruiter based in Latin America with 2 to 5 years of experience and excellent English skills, who has a keen eye for detail and a knack for finding ways to get it done.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the Talent Pipeline and candidate engagement.
- Conduct 1:1 interviews with qualified candidates.
- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Screen all the candidates and evaluate their fit for the opening.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
- Proactively conduct the full life cycle of identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidates.
- Collaborate with internal Resource Managers to ensure Velozient meets and exceeds client hiring goals, budgets, and performance standards.
- Assure accurate/timely issuance of offer letters and clean/effective transition of candidates to the onboarding team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED (Must Have):

- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruiting, with at least two years in Technical Recruitment.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for networking purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with ApplicantTracking Systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.

Preferred (But not required):

- University degree
- Prior work for another North American-based company
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage, entrepreneurial company
