Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Infrastructure and Operations Senior Manager for Brazil to lead and evolve our global IT infrastructure and operations landscape. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our technology environment for Brazil. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced, multinational setting.
Your Impact
Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the global infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and modernization of legacy systems.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, security, and Brazil business units to ensure alignment and value delivery.
Infrastructure Management
• Oversee data centers, cloud platforms, network architecture, and enterprise systems for Brazil.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of Brazil's infrastructure services.
• Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs).
Operational Excellence
• Lead IT operations, including incident management, change management, and problem resolution.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing infrastructure and operations team in Brazil.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and talent development.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing global infrastructure in a multinational environment.
Technical Skills
Infrastructure & Cloud
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms: Azure and AWS (architecture, migration, cost optimization).
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
Networking
• Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and network segmentation.
• Familiarity with Cisco, and other enterprise-grade networking solutions.
Systems & Platforms
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity management.
• Define and execute the strategy for end-user devices and services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile
Leadership & Communication
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed, and culturally diverse organization.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
