**What You'll Bring**:

- Leadership skills, experience with high performance teams;
- Experience in IT infrastructure management and/or Technology Consulting;
- Experience managing Windows systems (Active Directory, HyperV, SCCM);
- Experience with automation technologies like PowersShell and Ansible;
- Experience managing hypervisor technologies like VMWare.
- Excellent written and oral communication knowledge of English.
- Ability to convey insights to leaders and peers in a succinct manner.
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems through a structured approach and engagement with stakeholders, documenting outcomes and providing guidance on path forward.
- Ability and self-motivation to work within an environment of rapid change and growth.
- Team player - inclusive, flexible, humble and keen on collective wins for the team.

Desirable, but not mandatory:

- Experience managing Infrastructure and Operations functions.
- Experience with Linux Systems (RHEL, Satellite, AWX).
- Knowledge of networking.
- Knowledge of database systems (Oracle and Microsoft SQL server).

**Impact You'll Make**:
TransUnion (“TU”) is considered a technology leader in its core business and has embarked on a journey to consolidate our Infrastructure and Operations functions globally. This program includes a wide variety of initiatives which will drive efficiency and scalability for TU’s Infrastructure and Operations functions.
In their role, the Manager, will play a crucial role in partnering with the global technology team and act as an advocate for our Brazil business unit goals.
- Support Infrastructure and Operations delivery in Brazil.
- Be a part of TU’s global infrastructure and operations team.
- Support infrastructure powering our Brazil business unit.
- Support in defining local business needs and driving implementation of various strategic initiative with our technology leaders.
- Provide insights into local teams to equip managers with coaching and development opportunities.
