Project Management Engineer

About the Role:
This role is a project management position, responsible for end-to-end project management of new equipment (especially automation equipment) and warehouse site modification projects, from requirement confirmation and vendor coordination to on-site implementation and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end projects for new equipment and automation systems, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, engineering, operations, IT, EHS, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution
- Follow up on equipment procurement, manufacturing, shipment, installation, commissioning, and acceptance
- Manage warehouse site modification projects, such as layout changes, equipment relocation, and infrastructure upgrades
- Identify project risks and issues, and proactively drive resolution and status reporting
- Manage basic project dimensions including schedule, cost, scope, and quality
- Support project documentation, reporting, and post-project review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering-related fields (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, etc.)
- Over 5 years of experience in project management or engineering project roles
- Experience with equipment implementation, automation systems, or site modification projects is a plus
- Familiar with basic project management methodologies (milestones, risk management, cross-functional coordination)
- Comfortable working in warehouse or industrial site environments
- Strong communication and execution skills, able to drive projects in cross-functional settings
