Project Management Engineer

About the Role: This role is a project management position, responsible for end-to-end project management of new equipment (especially automation equipment) and warehouse site modification projects, from requirement confirmation and vendor coordination to on-site implementation and final delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end projects for new equipment and automation systems, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery 2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, engineering, operations, IT, EHS, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution 3. Follow up on equipment procurement, manufacturing, shipment, installation, commissioning, and acceptance 4. Manage warehouse site modification projects, such as layout changes, equipment relocation, and infrastructure upgrades 5. Identify project risks and issues, and proactively drive resolution and status reporting 6. Manage basic project dimensions including schedule, cost, scope, and quality 7. Support project documentation, reporting, and post-project review Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering-related fields (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, etc.)2. Over 5 years of experience in project management or engineering project roles 3. Experience with equipment implementation, automation systems, or site modification projects is a plus 4. Familiar with basic project management methodologies (milestones, risk management, cross-functional coordination)5. Comfortable working in warehouse or industrial site environments 6. Strong communication and execution skills, able to drive projects in cross-functional settings
