About the Role:This role is a project management position, responsible for end-to-end project management of new equipment (especially automation equipment) and warehouse site modification projects, from requirement confirmation and vendor coordination to on-site implementation and final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end projects for new equipment and automation systems, including planning, execution, tracking, and deliveryCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, engineering, operations, IT, EHS, etc.) to ensure smooth project executionFollow up on equipment procurement, manufacturing, shipment, installation, commissioning, and acceptanceManage warehouse site modification projects, such as layout changes, equipment relocation, and infrastructure upgradesIdentify project risks and issues, and proactively drive resolution and status reportingManage basic project dimensions including schedule, cost, scope, and qualitySupport project documentation, reporting, and post-project reviewQualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering-related fields (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, etc.)Over 5 years of experience in project management or engineering project rolesExperience with equipment implementation, automation systems, or site modification projects is a plusFamiliar with basic project management methodologies (milestones, risk management, cross-functional coordination)Comfortable working in warehouse or industrial site environmentsStrong communication and execution skills, able to drive projects in cross-functional settings
