Responsibilities:

- Configuration of Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Creation and management of Data Streams, DMOs, and Segments in Data Cloud.
- Integration with Salesforce Core, App/Site, and SFTP.
- Support in data modeling, identity unification, and data-driven automations.
- Troubleshooting and implementation of best practices in deliverability and governance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in SFMC and Data Cloud.
- Knowledge of SQL, Data Views, and integrations.

Nice to Have:

- Salesforce Certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, or Data Cloud Consultant).
- English or Spanish can be a bonus.
