Responsibilities: Configuration of Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Creation and management of Data Streams, DMOs, and Segments in Data Cloud. Integration with Salesforce Core, App/Site, and SFTP. Support in data modeling, identity unification, and data-driven automations. Troubleshooting and implementation of best practices in deliverability and governance. Requirements: Proven experience in SFMC and Data Cloud. Knowledge of SQL, Data Views, and integrations. Nice to Have: Salesforce Certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, or Data Cloud Consultant). English or Spanish can be a bonus.
