Our client develops and delivers cloud enterprise software for companies around the world who manufacture and distribute goods, build and maintain assets, and manage service-focused operations.Within our single platform, our industry specific products are innately connected to a single data model and use embedded digital innovation so that our customers can be their best when it really matters to their customers - at the Moment of Service.We're looking for innovative and original thinkers to work in an environment.If you want to change the status quo, we'll help you make your momentRequirements and Qualifications:- Complete knowledge of Linux system administration- Complete knowledge of Windows system administration- +5 years of experience in Linux and Windows system administration- Familiarity with software delivery paradigms (SaaS, Client/Server, etc.)- Ability to execute architecture direction- Advanced Bash scripting- Citrix application configuration and administration- Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts- Powershell- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP- IIS Server administrationSoft-skills: Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse non-technical audiencesAble to solve problems quickly with a strong desire for root cause analysis.Naturally look for ways to automate tasks.Day to day responsibilities:- Configure Windows and Linux virtual servers and their related technologies- Perform the company's application upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve related problems- Automate processes to support workflows and simplify daily operations- Identify and implement system admin best practices- Provide L2-L3 support for internal and external customers- Maintain technical/process documentationOccasionally:- Isolate and identify performance, availability, and security issues as they are occurring- Onboard and troubleshoot new technologies or version- Hold on-call responsibilities??
