About the Role
We're looking for a strategic HR Manager to build and lead the people function for a growing iGaming operation in Brazil. You'll be instrumental in attracting top talent, developing HR infrastructure, and creating a winning culture in this exciting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization
- Design and implement onboarding, training, and development programs
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and iGaming regulations
- Build compensation and benefits structures competitive within the industry
- Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement
- Handle sensitive matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Implement HR systems and tools to support growing headcount
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in the iGaming sector
- Strong knowledge of iGaming industry dynamics, compliance requirements, and talent landscape
- Proven experience building HR functions in startup or high-growth environments
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- French language skills are a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of Brazilian labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus
