Our more than 10,000 employees around the world are united for the same purpose: to restore lives, businesses, and communities.Position PurposeWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and support key initiatives in Brazil. This role has 3 reports and is critical in aligning HR practices with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a high-performance culture in a multinational environment. This position reports directly to the HR Director – Latin America, and indirectly to the Country Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership, Culture & EngagementPartner with Regional HR Director, local HR team, and Brazil business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.Compensation & BenefitsConduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Support HR budgeting processes, including preparation, monitoring, and review of departmental budgets and P& L statements. Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights, support decision-making, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.Employee Relations Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and corporate policies.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.Talent & Performance DevelopmentImplement performance management systems and support leadership in coaching and feedback.Promote learning and development programs tailored to local and global needs.Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning.Talent Acquisition & OnboardingOversee recruitment processes for key roles, ensuring diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.QualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.English required. Spanish is a plus.Strong analytical skills. Certification in Data Analysis and/or Compensation will be highly valuable.Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle preferred), Microsiga Totvs, and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits package.Hybrid work model.Opportunities for international collaboration and career growth.Inclusive and innovative work environment.Learning opportunities and access to LMS.
