Team Introduction At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. About the Role Tiktok Agency Trading Lead is an strategic commercial role focused on driving TikTok’s growth with key advertising agencies by building high-impact partnerships, developing sales strategies to accelerate ad revenue and negotiating large-scale agency agreements. Acts as a bridge between market insights and internal teams, combining strong analytical skills and stakeholder influence to shape long-term agency strategies and strengthen TikTok’s market position. Responsibilities - Lead the strategy of agency incentive deals together with the agency commercial team and the sales operations team; - Implement a process for monitoring TikTok incentive deal with agencies; - Map market benchmarks and how competitors are working with agencies to ensure TikTok remains competitive and relevant to agencies; - Be the point of contact together with agency leadership to internally influence agency feedback and help to create a common point between what the market is practicing and the future growth of TikTok's presence in agencies; - Be aligned with agencies to understand how we can improve our process of signing contracts, policies and monitoring deals; - Work on automated reports with the sales operations team to ensure better monitoring of incentive deals; - Participate in meetings with agencies, quarterly business reviews, and negotiations; - Help the team in negotiating incentive deals, providing analysis that support the signing of the contract and growth throughout the year, such as product penetration, new agency clients, lost clients, etc; - Help create a measurement framework for Strategic Goals Incentives, helping to bring more strategic relevance to TikTok and our agency partners; - Connect with other TikTok trading teams regionally and globally, helping to exchange experiences, best practices, and creating a trading culture in TikTok Brazil. Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of digital marketing expertise, especially in managing revenue tracking and media agreements; - Strong analytical skills; - Problem solver, creative thinker and strong negotiator; - Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis on financial acumen; - English proficiency is required because the role involves frequent communication with global teams and stakeholders across global markets. Preferred Qualifications - Keeps up with media trends most relevant for their customer portfolios; - Proficient in Spanish is a nice to have because the role involves frequent communication with Latam teams; - High level of energy that helps cultivate a positive social and high performing culture; - Exceptional interpersonal skills.
