Executar plano de crescimento na América Latina & Canadá para contas novas e existentes. Gerenciar o desempenho geral da organização comercial na América Latina & Canadá. Criar e executar estratégias acionáveis para a equipe comercial com base em análises de dados de vendas e insights de mercado. Compreender e utilizar dinâmicas-chave de mercado para desenvolver e fechar vendas em hospitais, laboratórios e sistemas de saúde. Estimular a demanda médica e a adoção de novos métodos diagnósticos. Negociar contratos desde hospitais individuais até sistemas de saúde. Conectar-se e coordenar com clientes-chave e partes interessadas internas/externas para promover e expandir oportunidades de negócios. Responsável pela liderança, planejamento, desenvolvimento e supervisão de todas as atividades comerciais na região. Garantir o alcance das metas de receita, lucro e satisfação do cliente. Liderar e desenvolver uma equipe de Gerentes Regionais de Vendas. Atuar em um ambiente de vendas complexo com produtos premium. Supervisionar métricas-chave como gestão de funil, vendas baseadas em valor e planejamento de longo prazo. Compatível com mercado. Conhecimento em diagnóstico in vitro (IVD) mandatório. Experiência em América Latina & em posições de GM mandatório. Experiência de vendas no setor público e privado mandatório. Expertise na venda de produtos premium. Histórico comprovado de sucesso em vendas de equipamentos de capital e reagentes. Habilidade no uso de aplicativos CRM, como Salesforce.com. Fluência em português, espanhol e inglês. Expertise na venda de produtos premium. General Manager responsável por liderar operações comerciais na América Latina & Canadá em uma empresa global de diagnóstico molecular in vitro.
