Inscrições: O(a) candidato(a) deverá anexar currículo, em formato PDF, , até o dia 25/09/2025. Escolaridade: Formação em Design, Psicologia, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas. Vagas: 06 (seis). Salário Mensal e Benefícios: R$ 4.800, 57 (Quatro mil, oitocentos reais e cinquenta e sete centavos), vale refeição, plano de saúde e vale transporte. Carga Horária: 160h/mensal Local de Trabalho: Fiocruz Rio de Janeiro Requisitos Obrigatórios: Experiência mínima de 6 meses em UX (Experiência do Usuário) Experiência prática mínima de 6 meses em projetos de design centrados no usuário. Conhecimento de workshops e oficinas colaborativas. Capacidade de guiar grupos de diferentes perfis e níveis de conhecimento para promover a co-criação. Conhecimento de dinâmicas de grupo, metodologias ágeis e técnicas de brainstorming. Conhecimento na utilização de ferramentas como blueprint, customer journey maps, design thinking, lean UX e outras metodologias inovadoras. Capacidade de trabalhar em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares. Habilidade em utilizar softwares de prototipagem e wireframing (como Figma, Sketch, etc.). Capacidade de aplicar métodos de inovação para melhorar a eficiência dos processos. Atividades a serem desenvolvidas: Os candidatos selecionados serão responsáveis por conduzir oficinas, colaborar com equipes interdisciplinares e ajudar a implementar soluções que melhorem a experiência do usuário em processos e serviços públicos.
