Job Purpose • Ensures that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged and controlled using project applied systems • Prepares reports and fix identified problems Job Description • Creates customer records and document numbers as required and prepare documents for transmittal to client according to project specific procedures • Controls all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and Company procedures (including confidentiality) • Handles and registers all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to project document control procedure • Participates in meetings, as required • Checks document and transmittal quality according to check list for document control • Manages supplier documentation • Collects information for reports You are meant for this job if: • High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred) • Up to 2 years of experience in similar role • Professional English • Accuracy and attention to detail • Capable of following instructions and performing tasks as defined in relevant procedures Skills Document and Records ControlDocumentationDocumentation Requirements for Compliance Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
