Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o Project Manager e time técnicos para entender os requisitos de documentação do projeto, prazos de entrega, fluxo de trabalho de documentação;
Transmissão de documentos de entrada/saída;
Garantir que todos os modelos e formatos de documentos estejam em conformidade com os requisitos de projeto específicos e do cliente;
Receber instruções do Gerente de Projeto e do engenheiro de Projeto para transmissões de documentos ao cliente;
Atualizar o registro de documentos com precisão para registrar o status de todos os documentos de entrada e saída;
Armazenar os arquivos de acordo e informar imediatamente a equipe do projeto sobre a chegada de um novo documento do Cliente;
Fornecer status semanal para gerentes de projeto e time interno do projeto com status de documentação, prazos de entrega de documentos futuros, documentação atrasada;
Garantir que todas as informações relevantes sejam incluídas de acordo com os requisitos do projeto;
Garante uma comunicação precisa e oportuna para as partes envolvidas;
Criar registros do cliente conforme necessário e preparar documentos para transmissão ao cliente de acordo com os procedimentos específicos do projeto;
Manutenção de informações em Cadastro de Documentos e Sharepoint;
Modelo de trabalho Presencial com flexibilidade. Perfil desejado
Formação superior completa;
Inglês fluente é mandatório para a posição;
Experiência de trabalho comprovada como controlador de documentos ou função semelhante;
Familiaridade com gerenciamento de projetos;
Experiência prática com MS Office e MS Excel;
Conhecimento de Sistemas de Gerenciamento Eletrônico de Documentos (EDMS);
Habilidades proficientes de digitação e edição;
Organizado e disciplinado, capaz de gerenciar documentos de múltiplos projetos;
Buscamos perfis motivados, trabalhadores, focados no objetivo final, que possua capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e de comunicação com todas as partes interessadas.
