MISSION Lead and oversee all logistics operations in Brazil — including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution — ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence. Act as a key connection between local teams and the global Supply Chain organization, driving continuous improvement, alignment with global strategies, and compliance with company standards and legal requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure a safe work environment by promoting a proactive safety culture, full compliance with regulations, and adherence to company HSE policies. Guarantee product quality and integrity throughout the logistics flow, ensuring compliance with global and local quality standards. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering engagement, accountability, and high performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service level, and cost efficiency. Oversee warehouse organization, inventory control, and material flow to ensure high accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Implement Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to standardize processes and eliminate waste. Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, audits, and applicable legal requirements. Promote a culture of teamwork, discipline, and ownership across all levels of the operation. Coordinate the annual physical inventory and cycle count program, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost optimization and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, HSE, and Quality) to ensure seamless end-to-end operations. Participate in global and regional logistics meetings to share results, best practices, and strategic plans. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Advanced or Fluent English – frequent interaction with global teams and stakeholders. Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in warehouse and inventory operations within medium or large companies. Strong background in logistics operations, process optimization, and performance management. Demonstrated leadership in Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement . Experience working in multinational environments and leading large operational teams. Proficiency in SAP, WMS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
