The ideal candidate loves talking to people and selling products or solutions You will be responsible for inbound and outbound business development. You will work remotely for a growing US based business and earn US Dollars Our clients include service businesses, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, private equity firms, tech companies, e-commerce companies and more Responsibilities Communicate with customers via video call, phone, email and chat. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability. Negotiate with clients and overcome objections. Work in Hubspot, Salesforce or other common CRMs. Work United States business hours. Qualifications Typing at least 50 words per minute. 1-5 years of customer service and sales experience. Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. Only CVs in English will be considered
