Airswift is seeking a R&D Financial Analyst to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  - Ensure through an effective planning and monitoring process of the obligation, an accurate budgetary report as well as financial planning- Work closely with the RD Finance Lead on the review of ANP reports and on the audit at the project closure, to ensure the adherence of the project investments with the ANP regulation, and final approval by ANP.- Provide support on the monthly accounting reconciliation, evaluating the adherence between the realized figures and the budget assumption.- Monitor the R&D technical staff time allocation of the projects submitted to ANP, guaranteeing the maximization of their hours/costs,- Support on the consolidation and analyses of TotalEnergieds Brazil R&D budget and PDCs (forecast closing), providing on due time high quality financial data- Ensure all the necessary support on the release to ANP of TEEPBR R&D Financial Report,- Work closely with RD Finance Lead to provide recommendation to the R&D Technical Leaders on the best strategy to be followed in external financing by public bodies (EMBRAPII, Research Foundations, CNPQ, FINEP, BNDES ...); JOB QUALIFICATIONS  - Degree in Production Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration;- Strong experience in project audits and cost control;- Demonstrate competence and experience of working within the International and Brazilian R&D landscape;- Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills;- Basic knowledge of taxes and financial documentation;- Willingness to work long hours, when necessary;- Fluent English ABOUT AIRSWIFT   Airswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
