We are looking for Engineering Support Technician who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Investigate and drive support resolution with Bolt web engineering teams. Serve as point of escalation for support issues from FICC Boltweb Help to define and improve runtime while enhancing Boltweb support platform and application Become support SME and help improving service elasticity, resiliency and recovery times Improve SDLC / Continuous Delivery OKRs such as increasing release cadence and reducing incident rates Create documentation and code snippets to share with L1 engineering teams What can you expect from us?
