Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Channel Sales professional to support BIWIN Storage's business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IT hardware or consumer electronics channel sales, particularly in storage products. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and retailers. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase BIWIN Storage's market share, achieving sales targets across SSDs, memory cards, DRAM, and related storage products. Channel Development & Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, resellers, and retail partners to build a robust distribution network. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies. Partner Performance: Monitor and optimize channel partner performance to ensure consistent growth and effective market coverage. Deal Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely and accurate execution of sales agreements and business deals. Brand Promotion: Support local marketing initiatives, represent the company at trade shows, and organize promotional events to boost brand visibility and awareness. Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development insights to senior management. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales within IT hardware, storage, or consumer electronics industries. Strong background in selling storage products such as SSDs, DRAM, and memory cards is highly preferred. Proven network and working relationships with distributors, resellers, or retail partners. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
