The role is focused oncustom development, integrations, workflows, and automation , not platform administration or access provisioning support.The ideal candidate will work closely with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Sail Point IAM solutions (Identity IQ and/or Identity Now)Develop and customizeworkflows, rules, connectors, and lifecycle eventsBuild and maintaincustom integrationsbetween Sail Point and target systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, AD, Azure AD, etc.)Developcustom provisioning logic , aggregation rules, and identity correlation logicImplementaccess request, approval, and certification processesCustomize Sail Point UI components, forms, and reports as requiredDevelop and maintainpolicies, roles, entitlements, and governance modelsSupportuser lifecycle management(Joiner–Mover–Leaver)Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Sail Point solutionsParticipate in IAM solution design discussions and technical architecture reviewsProvide technical documentation and knowledge transferCollaborate with Dev Ops and security teams for deployments and upgradesSupport Sail Point upgrades and migrations (e.g., IIQ versions or IIQ → Identity Now)Required Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience withSail Point Identity IQ and/or Identity NowProficiency inJava, Bean Shell, Java ScriptExperience developingSail Point rules(Aggregation, Provisioning, Correlation, Validation, Certification)Strong experience withSail Point workflowsExperience withREST/SOAP APIs , JSON, XMLKnowledge ofIAM concepts : authentication, authorization, RBAC, access governanceExperience integrating with:Active Directory / Azure ADLDAPDatabases (JDBC)Cloud and enterprise applicationsUnderstanding ofcertifications, access reviews, So D policiesExperience working inAgile/Scrum environmentsNice-to-Have SkillsSail Point certifications (Identity IQ Engineer, Identity Now Engineer)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with Dev Ops tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD)Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR)Experience with PAM integrations (Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust)Scripting knowledge (Python, Power Shell)What This Role Is NOTNot a Sail Point Administrator roleNot limited to user provisioning or access requestsNot a helpdesk or L2/L3 IAM support roleThis is acore Sail Point development and engineering role.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and with cross-functional teamsSecurity-first mindset
