Job Title: Sail Point DeveloperJob LocationRemote / Hybrid / Onsite (as applicable)Experience6–10+ years overall IAM experience4–8+ years hands-on Sail Point developmentJob Description SummaryWe are seeking a Sail Point Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Sail Point (Identity IQ and/or Identity Now).The role is focused on custom development, integrations, workflows, and automation , not platform administration or access provisioning support.The ideal candidate will work closely with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Sail Point IAM solutions (Identity IQ and/or Identity Now)Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, and lifecycle events Build and maintain custom integrations between Sail Point and target systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, AD, Azure AD, etc.) Develop custom provisioning logic , aggregation rules, and identity correlation logic Implement access request, approval, and certification processes Customize Sail Point UI components, forms, and reports as requiredDevelop and maintain policies, roles, entitlements, and governance models Support user lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Sail Point solutionsParticipate in IAM solution design discussions and technical architecture reviewsProvide technical documentation and knowledge transferCollaborate with Dev Ops and security teams for deployments and upgradesSupport Sail Point upgrades and migrations (e.g., IIQ versions or IIQ ? Identity Now)Required Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity IQ and/or Identity Now Proficiency in Java, Bean Shell, Java Script Experience developing Sail Point rules (Aggregation, Provisioning, Correlation, Validation, Certification) Strong experience with Sail Point workflows Experience with REST/SOAP APIs , JSON, XML Knowledge of IAM concepts : authentication, authorization, RBAC, access governance Experience integrating with:Active Directory / Azure ADLDAPDatabases (JDBC)Cloud and enterprise applicationsUnderstanding of certifications, access reviews, So D policies Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsNice-to-Have SkillsSail Point certifications (Identity IQ Engineer, Identity Now Engineer)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with Dev Ops tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD)Knowledge of security standards (ISO *****, SOX, GDPR)Experience with PAM integrations (Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust)Scripting knowledge (Python, Power Shell)What This Role Is NOT?
