SAP/Oracle Field Service ConsultantDuration: 6 Months Location: Brazil- 100% REMOTEPortuguese and EnglishandAdvanced in SpanishRole Summary We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to provide critical support and contribute to implementation projects focused onService Center and Field Service Ordersfor our users in Brazil and Argentina. This role demands a high level of functional expertise combined with mandatory language proficiency to ensure effective regional support.Must Have Experience Minimum 5 yearsof hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions, specifically inField Serviceprocesses. Fluent in Portuguese and EnglishandAdvanced in Spanishfor direct user support in Brazil and Argentina. Strong functional/configuration experience inSAP Field Service/SMOROracle Field Service , with at least some familiarity with the alternative platform (e.g., Oracle FS with some SAP SM experience).Key Responsibilities Provide direct, multilingual support for user questions related toService Center and Service Orderprocesses for LATAM users. Contribute to the configuration and support of the SAP SM or Oracle Field Service modules, ensuring smooth integration with other enterprise components.
