As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. About the Role TikTok is seeking an Agency Pod Lead to support our organization in the São Paulo office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling cross-network solutions and a proven ability to engage and influence executive-level agency contacts, driving new business opportunities. They should also have experience working with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, and Digital teams. Scaling agency investment successfully is a crucial requirement for this role. Above all, the candidate should have a demonstrated track record of cultivating strong relationships with key agency executives. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization to onboard priority accounts and transition agency partners from a vendor to a strategic partner status. You'll bring a creative mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and strategic acumen to establish and foster long-term business partnerships with agency partners. In this role, the candidate will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team goals. Also, will conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development with the goal of fostering a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and business growth.
