About the Role

The Agency Team focuses on enabling and empowering agencies to succeed across Uber's advertising platform in service of our shared clients. Our goal is to become a trusted, long-term partner to the largest agency holding companies, while also supporting local and independent agencies through impactful, near-term opportunities that drive growth for both sides.

In this role, you'll help position Uber Advertising as an indispensable partner by building strong executive relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving collaboration across teams to deliver meaningful results for agency partners and their clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the agency strategy for Uber Advertising, creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Establish Uber Advertising as a key strategic partner to global, regional, and local agency organizations.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders within agency partners.
  • Partner closely with Sales and functional leadership to deliver on shared revenue goals.
  • Educate agency partners on Uber's advertising solutions and how they create value for clients.
  • Increase adoption and penetration of active advertisers across agency portfolios.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to meet and exceed agency partner needs.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, including sales or partnership-focused roles.
  • Proven experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the local market, agency structures, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to design and execute strategic agency plans that drive shared success.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering joint revenue initiatives.
  • English proficiency and strong communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of ad tech, commercial models, programmatic media, data strategy, and measurement.
  • Ability to tell compelling stories using data to influence decision-makers.
  • Resourceful, proactive mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
