Job description Develop and implement corporate security policies, protocols, and procedures; Oversee the execution of security and safety programs across all company facilities; Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats or vulnerabilities; Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety and security regulations; Lead incident response planning and investigations; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, legal, and compliance; Train and guide local security teams in standard methodologies and corporate expectations; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security programs and update them as necessary; Manage relationships with external security vendors and local authorities. Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences Fluent in English (spoken and written); Based in Belo Horizonte with availability for frequent travel; Proven experience in industrial environments with risk level 4 classification; Strong knowledge in the implementation of safety/security methodologies and systems; Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills; Solid understanding of risk management and compliance standards.
