About the Company Our partner company is a full-service creative agency with over a decade of experience helping brands tell visually stunning stories through design, video, and digital campaigns. Their boutique team partners with clients across industries—from education and healthcare to tech and lifestyle brands—blending cinematic creativity with performance-driven marketing. They’re scaling operations and looking for senior creatives who can bring polish, precision, and ownership to fast-paced production cycles. Role Overview We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Graphic Designer (Illustrator + Premiere) to join a boutique creative team. In this role, you’ll drive the design process from concept to execution, creating compelling visuals that elevate brands and engage audiences across digital, print, web, and social platforms. About 70% of the work will focus on graphic design and branding, while the remaining 30% will involve light video editing for social media reels and motion graphics. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment where you’ll wear multiple hats, collaborate directly with clients, and contribute to a wide variety of projects—from brand identity and websites to social campaigns and marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative design concepts for digital, print, web, and social media. Create and maintain brand guidelines, logos, and cohesive visual systems across multiple clients. Design print collateral, direct mail, billboards, infographics, and presentation decks. Support website design projects (UI/UX focus in Figma, no coding required). Design assets for digital campaigns, including ads, emails, and organic social media posts. Edit short-form video content (social reels, promotional clips, simple motion graphics). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions when needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality. Requirements Must-Have: Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, digital design work and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). Figma experience for web and UI/UX design. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Experience designing for multiple brands or agency environments. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) with ability to take and implement feedback. Ability to handle both independent creative execution and collaborative team input. Nice-to-Have: Canva familiarity for quick-turn projects. Comfort leading or contributing to client-facing calls. Background in presentation and pitch deck design.
