Commercial Finance ManagerWe are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support financial planning, performance analysis, and business decision-making. This role is a key business partner to the commercial and sales teams, focused on driving profitable growth through actionable financial insights.The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in commercial finance, experience in manufacturing or aftermarket industries, and fluency in professional-level English to effectively collaborate across regional and global teams.Key Responsibilities:Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial activities.Deliver profitability analysis by product line, customer, and distribution channel to guide strategic decision-making.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and customer profitability.Monitor revenue, margin, and operating performance metrics; identify trends and key drivers.Conduct variance analysis and present clear recommendations to improve performance.Partner with supply chain and plant finance teams to ensure full alignment of commercial and operational plans.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting related to commercial activities.Maintain strong internal controls and support compliance with corporate and regional financial policiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment.Strong business acumen and commercial mindset; ability to translate financial insights into business action.Fluency in professional-level English is required for cross-border collaboration and reporting.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; experience with SAP and Hyperion (HFM) preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build partnerships across functions and levels.
