PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES: Gerenciar aspectos comerciais e financeiros dos projetos, assegurando conformidade contratual e rentabilidade; Garantir a execução da estratégia organizacional e o monitoramento de indicadores de performance; Gerenciar equipe, promovendo desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental; Negociar com clientes e atuar como ponto focal em consórcios e auditorias; Controlar custos, riscos e oportunidades dos projetos; Realizar faturamento, reajustes, aditivos e análises contratuais; Interagir com áreas internas como Controladoria, Seguros e Jurídico para garantir conformidade. FORMAÇÃO: Ensino superior completo com especialização em Engenharia, Administração ou Economia. COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS: Administração de contratos e orçamento empresarial; Estratégias comerciais e conhecimento do mercado de atuação; Inglês fluente e espanhol avançado; Conhecimentos em gestão tributária, fiscal e legal de projetos; Liderança de pessoas.
