Sobre a posição Estamos em busca de um(a) Delivery Coordinator para liderar a execução de projetos de implantação de soluções AWS em clientes dos EUA. A posição exige experiência sólida em gestão de projetos de escopo fechado e híbrido, além de forte habilidade de comunicação em inglês (nível C1), para interação com stakeholders internacionais. Responsabilidades Gerenciar projetos complexos de curta duração (em média 3 meses), incluindo assessments, POCs e MVPs. Conduzir implantações de projetos AWS em clientes dos EUA. Liderar equipes multidisciplinares, garantindo alinhamento, motivação e produtividade. Acompanhar e controlar cronogramas, escopo, riscos e entregas. Realizar acompanhamento e controle financeiro dos projetos, garantindo saúde orçamentária e rentabilidade. Manter relacionamento próximo com stakeholders e clientes, assegurando qualidade e satisfação nas entregas. Aplicar práticas de gestão de projetos (de preferência com certificação PMP). Requisitos Inglês fluente (nível C1) – imprescindível. Experiência comprovada na gestão de projetos complexos, preferencialmente de tecnologia e cloud. Vivência em projetos de implantação de soluções AWS é um diferencial relevante. Experiência em gestão de equipes e coordenação de recursos. Conhecimento em metodologias de projetos híbridas (ágil e waterfall). Certificação PMP (desejável). Forte capacidade de organização, comunicação e resolução de problemas. Diferenciais Experiência prévia em consultorias de tecnologia. Atuação prévia em projetos internacionais.
