The Role Join us as a Senior Lead, Solution Architect and become an integral part of Kyndryl’s growth story. Kyndryl is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives. As our Senior Lead, Solution Architect you will lead the design of end-to-end solutions, integrating application architecture, infrastructure architecture and enterprise architecture practices. Engage from early stages with enterprise architects and stakeholders to ensure continuity and strategic vision of the solution. Establish customer relationships to confirm requirements, scope, and assumptions. Collaborating with the team, you will interact with the customer to demonstrate how the technical solution meets the requirements of the business. Be responsible for the customized technical content of the solution and the development of technical proposals aligned with customer needs and company standards. Assess risks of infrastructure, availability, security, obsolescence, efficiency, among others, proposing action and mitigation plans. To excel in this role, you will act as a focal point between technical practices, sales and consulting teams, ensuring cohesion and fluidity in the customer journey. Produce a cost model that contains all costs for Kyndryl to deliver the solution. Work internally with delivery teams to ensure Kyndryl can provide the proposed services.Contribute to the contractual drafting, including the technical terms relevant to the agreed solution. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Experience Experience in architecting solutions for Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Applications (Application Modernization and AMS ), Data and Artificial Intelligence related to the challenges of digital transformation Knowledge in ERP (SAP, Oracle), custom applications, network and mainframe platform Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, IAF, and agile methodologies Ability to operate in complex and multicultural environments, with a focus on innovation and competitive differentiation Consultative and strategic vision Ability to communicate with C-level and technical areas Collaborative leadership and focus on results Transformation mindset and continuous innovation Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to operate effectively in multinational environments Bachelor's degree Preferred Skills and Experience Master’s degree Cloud certifications or training (e.g., AWS Certified, Azure Fundamentals) Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) models with partners Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
