CS - CUSTOMER SUCCESS - ESPECIALISTA NO SUCESSO DO CLIENTE A ROTINA Interagir com os clientes com o objetivo de REDUÇÃO DO CHURN, aplicando técnicas de negociação e apresentação de novas expectativas, planos e serviços, de forma que o cliente alcance os resultados esperados (expectativas) com o uso correto e frequente da ferramenta;. Auxiliar na evolução e melhoria de nossas soluções, apontando as reclamações, dificuldades, dúvidas e sugestões apresentadas pelos clientes, durante o processo de atendimento. REQUISITOS Facilidade e foco na resolução de problemas. Trabalhar com metas; Relacionamento interpessoal Facilidade de expressão, comunicação clara e boa dicção; Empatia e equilíbrio emocional; Saber ouvir; Capacidade de persuasão e negociação e resolução de problemas; Rápido aprendizado e autodidata; Familiaridade com sistemas e tecnologia; Visão Sistêmica e analítica para interpretar indicadores; INFORMAÇÕES IMPORTANTES NECESSÁRIO POSSUIR NOTEBOOK/COMPUTADOR PARA O TRABALHO. Contrato PJ - de segunda a sexta - horário comercial Formato: Presencial. Salário: fixo + produtividade, variando de R$4.500 a R$5.000,00/mensais Disponibilidade imediata.
