Sua missão Gerar um fluxo previsível de marcas brasileiras de porte médio a enterprise, abrir relacionamento com líderes de Marketing (nível C-Level) e construir oportunidades de negócio qualificadas para o time de vendas da Hellotext. O que você fará Planejar e executar cadências outbound multicanal (Apollo, Linked In, telefone, Whats App). Visitar escritórios de marcas-chave em São Paulo, Rio, BH, Porto Alegre ou outras praças estratégicas. Criar narrativas de negócio que ressoem com CMOs e VPs de e-commerce. Colaborar com Produto e Marketing para transformar insights de mercado em novas funcionalidades. Medir tudo: taxas de abertura, reply, conversão e ROI de cada campanha. O que você traz 2–5 anos como SDR/BDR ou AE vendendo Saa S/Mar Tech para varejo ou e-commerce. Histórico comprovado de geração de pipeline (reuniões + valor) no mercado brasileiro. Português nativo e inglês intermediário-avançado; domínio diário de Apollo e Hub Spot (ou ferramentas equivalentes). Zero medo de telefone e disponibilidade para viajar ≈ 25 %dentro do Brasil. Diferenciais (nice-to-have) Negócios fechados ≥ USD 30 k ARR. Rede de contatos C-Level em varejo/e-commerce. Experiência mentorando SDRs júnior. Competências que valorizamos Prospeção magistral – cold-calling sem desculpas. Storytelling C-Suite – transforma dados em narrativas claras e convincentes. Criatividade consultiva – desenha ativações sob medida para marcas top. Propriedade de pipeline – trata a meta como quota, não só KPI.
