We support businesses in scaling operations fast, efficiently, and with full flexibility.Role Description We are looking for an experiencedOperations & Project Managerto lead our local activities in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the performance of thelocal operational team. Manage and oversee daily work oflocal service providers (ISPs). Communicate with clients: resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality. Contribute to planning and monitor achievement offinancial KPIs.Requirements Legal residence in Brazil (Brazilian passport or valid residence permit).
