Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize BIWIN Storage's operational processes. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production, logistics, and supply chain management while maintaining quality standards. This role is vital for achieving operational excellence and supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goalsCollaborate with leadership to set operational objectives and KPIsProduction Management:Oversee manufacturing processes for storage productsIdentify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivitySupply Chain Optimization:Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partnersDevelop strategies to minimize costs and reduce lead timesQuality Control:Ensure all products meet quality standards and specificationsImplement quality management systems and continuous improvement processesInventory Management:Optimize inventory levels to balance cost control with product availabilityDevelop forecasting models to anticipate inventory needsTeam Leadership:Manage operations staff including production, logistics, and warehouse teamsProvide mentorship and training to develop team capabilitiesProcess Improvement:Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operationsLead lean/six sigma initiatives to enhance operational performanceCompliance:Ensure operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standardsMaintain appropriate documentation and certificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field7+ years of operations experience with at least 3 years in a management roleExperience in electronics manufacturing or IT hardware production preferredKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesProficiency with ERP systems and operations management softwareCertification in Six Sigma, PMP, or CPIM is a plus
